How long do your classes run? Each dance class runs for 60 minutes. Our Yoga class runs for 50 minutes.
Do I need to bring a partner? It's not necessary to bring a partner as we swap around in class. However, please encourage others to come along and give it a go.
When can I join? Students can join in anytime. For beginners its recommended to join at the start of a 4 week course to get the most out of your learning.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothes and shoes. Gym wear or your normal work attire is normal.
What can I expect from your classes? A fun and inclusive environment. Challenging moves to get you out of your comfort zone. Great learning potential!
What are the benefits of learning to dance? Dancing has many physical and mental health benefits, is a great way to meet new people and is a bunch of fun!
